Men’s Recovery Programs

Men seeking to live free from addiction can interview for the program and begin their journey to recovery at the Emerald Coast Rescue Mission in Fort Walton Beach, the Waterfront Rescue Mission in Pensacola, or the Mobile Rescue Mission. The program is divided into two phases. Phase One, which lasts three months, offers a rigorous Bible-based curriculum, individual and group counseling, and a work experience program to help the men rebuild their lives. In Phase Two, lasting four months, the men move to New Hope Home for Men in Gulf Breeze, they continue in counseling and work therapy, but also  work one-on-one with chaplains to address their life-dominating issues that have led to their situation. At New Hope Home for Men, they also have the opportunity to work toward their GED.

Women’s Recovery Program

Any woman who wishes to overcome her addiction has an opportunity to enter the program, which is located at the New Hope Home for Women in Pensacola. In Phase One, each woman receives an Individualized Recovery Plan created personally for her to help her overcome her addiction and the debilitating life issues that drive and accompany addiction. The initial recovery program utilizes individual and group counseling, a work experience program, and group classes to facilitate a holistic healing and realistic growth process.
