I would love to talk with you or your organization about who Waterfront is, what we do, and how we are working to see lives transformed along the Gulf Coast.” – Jason Grizzard
BOB ROGERS
Chaplain and Recovery Counselor
Bob was the General Manager of a local Christian Radio Station when he joined Waterfront’s Board of Directors in January 1988, coming on staff the following year. With that history, he is our link to knowing the Mission’s Founder, all of those who have served as President/CEO, and as a witness to much of Waterfront’s growth and development.
“This ministry is so close to the Lord’s heart, it is an honor to serve where many people in such dire situations can find help: a fresh start at restoration and transformation. Helping them is not quick, cheap, or easy… but it is vitally important for them and our community. Waterfront is where Donors, Volunteers, and Staff discover the reality of the scripture. It is more blessed to give than to receive. (Acts 20:35)” – Bob Rogers
MARK ISBELL
Director of Public Relations and Development
Mark came to Waterfront after spending 17 years as a Pastor and Executive Pastor. During that time, he learned the value of community connections and a deep love for caring for people. As the Director of PR & Development, Mark is the chief storyteller at Waterfront. His drive is to connect the community and churches with the life-changing work that is happening at our Missions and the value of partnering with Waterfront. Mark believes that Waterfront is a tool that not only ministers to the homeless community, but it helps individuals and organizations learn to love people that may seem difficult.
