Cold Weather Policy
Sheltering of Women and Children During Cold Weather
Waterfront Mission Pensacola provides a women’s shelter; however, women with children will be referred to our community partners for assistance. In Mobile, while we currently do not have shelter accommodations for women, we collaborate closely with community partners to ensure a safe place is found.
There is no cost to anyone seeking shelter on a Cold Weather night.
The Mission will remain open during the day beyond Day Resource hours as a warming shelter when the temperature remains under 40 degrees.
Here's How You Can Help Those In Need
With an increase in overnight and daytime guests at the Mission the needs are greater now than ever before. Here are some ways you can make an impact.
